pph333 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and pph333. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the pph333 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the pph333 website from time to time.

These Terms apply to all services offered by pph333, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, and any promotional offers made available to registered players.

5. Single Account: You may only maintain one (1) active pph333 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or address — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting pph333 customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph333 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

pph333 will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from pph333 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify pph333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pph333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

All financial transactions on the pph333 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to GCash or PayMaya transactions. BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay are also accepted payment methods.

The minimum deposit on pph333 is ₱50. Deposit limits may be set by the player via the responsible gaming dashboard at any time.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Once your identity has been verified, same-day withdrawal processing applies to GCash and PayMaya requests submitted during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three banking days. pph333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.

pph333 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pph333 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it is determined that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirement not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the pph333 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pph333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real playing cards, dice, or roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers on camera. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game and are independently audited.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a gaming session, pph333 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the specific game rules applicable at the time. pph333 is not liable for losses caused by connection failures on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pph333 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

1. Registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
2. Operating multiple pph333 accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
4. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
5. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the pph333 platform.
6. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pph333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the pph333 platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the pph333 website.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pph333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pph333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the pph333 website at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case the amendment shall take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pph333 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact pph333 customer support in the first instance. pph333 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
